Following software installation, LIMS Administrator(s) may access this portal to submit, track, and search Technical Service Requests (TSRs). When a TSR is submitted, edited, or closed, you will receive an automated email confirmation, with TSR tracking number and status update information. After receipt and review of a TSR, an acknowledgment email will be sent by ChemWare's Technical Support engineer, which may include diagnostic procedures or a request for additional information/documentation. Once the TSR is closed, the submitter will receive an email confirmation with a short survey request to provide feedback to ChemWare.
