Emergency Support During Normal Business Hours
In the unlikely event that you encounter a production system emergency, contact the Priority Support line at 919.855.8716, Option 1. Please do not use this line for routine questions or enhancement requests.
Emergency Support After-Hours*
For access to "on call" production emergency support, your Technical Services Agreement (TSA) must authorize ChemWare to provide this service. If you do not have a TSA or have not authorized the "On Call" Emergency Support Option (Exhibit A, Paragraph C), please contact your Account Manager to establish this service level.
