This customer portal is for downloading product and documentation updates. Major upgrades (new version numbers) are distributed on CDs. The CDs include detailed release notes, installation instructions, and automated InstallShield^® scripts.

You will typically be installing new updates/upgrades into your Test database account, then performing your own testing prior to moving the code into your Production account. You should perform appropriate backups prior to updating your system. Please contact Technical Support if you are unsure of the proper procedures or require assistance.
