Mr. Grosskopf is also President of Red Arrow Labs and Clinical Path Consulting, and President/CEO/Owner of New Resources Consulting and Inflection Point Solutions, all companies that serve the IT services and consulting industry.
Robert J. Whitehead
, Vice President, Product Development, also held senior management positions at one of the nation's largest environmental and drug testing labs prior to joining ChemWare in 1996. He has been working in the environmental and clinical laboratory industries since 1981, including several years as a lab management consultant. His primary areas of expertise are in laboratory operations and quality assurance, project management, information management, and business and strategic planning. Mr. Whitehead is Chairman of the Audit and Ethics Committee and Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA)

He is the author or co-author of over a dozen management and technical articles published in leading environmental and clinical laboratory trade journals, a key contributor to the ASTM D34.02.10 standard on Data Quality Objectives (later incorporated into Guide 25/ISO-17025), and is currently serving as sub-section leader on the task force assigned to update the ASTM E13.15 Standard Guide for Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
Eric Dingfelder is Managing Director of Professional Services, overseeing the scheduling and management of all implementation resources assigned to new HORIZON LIMS deployments. He has over 15 years of professional service organization experience in developing and implementing business intelligence systems. During his years in the consulting world, Eric architected and delivered software solutions across numerous verticals (energy, financial, government, clinical, etc.) to meet a diverse array of technical and business requirements. He offers programming experience in various languages and tools (C++, VB, Java, Actuate, PL/SQL) to assist customers with more complex system extensions and integrations. Mr. Dingfelder holds a B.S. degree in Computer and Information Science from The Ohio State University, and has been with ChemWare since 2005.
Wendy Elliott-Smith is Vice President of Managed Application Services. Ms. Elliott-Smith came to ChemWare with a B.S. in Mathematics from Duke University, graduating Cum Laude. She has been with ChemWare since the first release of the Windows® version of HORIZON LIMS in 1997. With 12 years experience in software quality assurance, she leads the development team with the highest of standards. Her responsibilities include overseeing software releases and managing software quality assurance and validation, as well as authoring most of the technical specifications for new enhancements and modules to HORIZON LIMS.
