is General Manager and Senior Vice President after serving as Director of the Professional Services group for several years. He has over 15 years of professional service organization experience in developing and implementing business intelligence systems. During his years in the consulting world, Mr. Dingfelder architected and delivered software solutions across numerous verticals (energy, financial, government, clinical, etc.) to meet a diverse array of technical and business requirements. He offers programming experience in various languages and tools (C++, VB, Java, Actuate, PL/SQL) to assist customers with more complex system extensions and integrations. Mr. Dingfelder holds a B.S. degree in Computer and Information Science from The Ohio State University, and has been with ChemWare since 2005.
Wendy Elliott-Smith is Program Manager. Ms. Elliott-Smith came to ChemWare with a B.S. in Mathematics from Duke University, graduating Cum Laude. She has been with ChemWare since the first release of the Windows® version of HORIZON LIMS in 1997. With 12 years experience in software quality assurance, she leads the development team with the highest of standards. Her responsibilities include overseeing software releases and managing software quality assurance and validation, as well as authoring most of the technical specifications for new enhancements and modules to HORIZON LIMS.
Chris Couch joined ChemWare in 2009 and is now Vice President of Business Development. He has worked for over 20 years in the commercial environmental laboratory industry holding various positions including bench chemist, project manager and business development manager. He also served as the LIMS implementation project manager for the North American environmental testing operations of one of the largest testing, certification and inspection companies in the world. Chris hold a B.S. in chemistry from the University of Kentucky.
Kevin Carter is Vice President of Professional Services and Product Management. He has 15 years of experience in laboratory informatics across various industries and has successfully deployed systems in biotech, pharmaceutical, clinical, public health, environmental and water/wastewater labs. Mr. Carter has performed a variety of roles in his career, including business analyst, project manager and program manager. His primary responsibility is ensuring that ChemWare's products and services meet the needs of its business partners. Kevin has 8 years of experience with ChemWare and holds a B.A. from Colgate University.
